About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Shipper/Receiver to join our distribution warehouse team in Mississauga. This position requires a valid Reach Forklift License, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform general labour tasks as needed. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates looking for long‑term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping and receiving duties, including preparing, loading, and unloading shipments
• Operate Reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Complete order picking and packing for outbound orders
• Verify incoming shipments, inspect materials, and maintain accurate records
• Perform general labour tasks such as sorting, palletizing, and warehouse cleanup
• Lift materials and products as required (repetitive lifting involved)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse operations and additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Reach Forklift License
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
• Ability to lift materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing general labour duties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Experience in a distribution warehouse environment is an asset
