Your Role

As a Residential HVAC Service & Install Technician, you’ll take the lead on high-quality, client-focused service calls, installs and upgrades:

  • Complete service calls, equipment installations, renovation rough-ins, equipment retrofits, and preventative maintenance for our residential customers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work to execute projects efficiently.
  • Utilize company software and processes to complete work orders and tasks.
  • Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly with project managers.
  • Perform service calls and troubleshoot complex hvac problems.
  • Ensure compliance with Alberta codes and safety regulations.
  • Keep clean, timely records of materials and job progress.

 

Qualifications

  • 3rd Year to Red Seal Journeyman Plumbing license
  • 10+ years of HVAC experience (renovation or service)
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Gasfitter B Ticket & Red Seal Sheet Metal an asset
  • Sales experience an asset
  • Ability to take on-call rotation
  • Your own tools
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in real-world situations
