We are currently looking for a skilled Working Foreman/Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team and lead projects in the field.
Job Summary
As a Working Foreman/Plumber, you’ll be responsible for supervising plumbing crews, coordinating job site activities, and performing hands-on plumbing work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing crews on-site, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Enforce safety protocols and job site standards
- Maintain inventory and order materials as needed
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
- Ensure all work is up to code and meets quality standards
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber certification
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- 2+ years of experience in a foreman or leadership role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying job site conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekend availability as needed
