Roles & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload material on and off the burn tables in an organized manner
- Safe operations of forklifts and other hand-held tools
- Operate overhead cranes
- Clean, label, organize and palletize parts
- Maintenance and pre-shift inspections of machinery
- Assist operators to efficiently meet deadlines and budgets
- Follow all safety guidelines regarding safe operations of all equipment and shop activity
- General shop cleanup
Qualifications:
- Steel toed boots
- Experience in the metal fabrication industry
- Basic knowledge of tape measures
- Overhead crane and forklift experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Organized and able to multitask
- Good hand eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as a team, self-starter
