Job Title: Production Apprentice

Pay $19-$21 Depending on experience
Location Mississauga Derry & Bramalea
Rotating shifts Between Days and Afternoons-Training on days
Role Summary
We are looking for self- motivated individuals who are able to learn quickly while not being afraid to ask for clarification when unsure of the task at hand.
Responsibilities
- Operate various sheet metal equipment.
- Perform deburring, polishing, hydroforming, and manual forming
- Work from blueprints, templates, etc. using pneumatic and manual hand tools.
- Align metal parts or structural components in relation to each other with the use of dowel pins, wedges, jacks, turnbuckles, and other construction aids.
- Layout most sheet metal patterns proficiently.
- May be assigned miscellaneous tasks outside craft as required.
- Training will be provided.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work with small, high-quality parts.
- Excellent math and mechanical skills
- Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts to accommodate production schedule.
- Able to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift.
