Company Overview:

Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties involving the preparation of documents, spreadsheets and forms
  • Preparation of quotes, purchase orders, invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Inventory control
  • Shipping & receiving, for both clients and suppliers
  • Packaging & labeling parts in individual bags
  • Material handling
  • Maintain database's and fill out reports
  • Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
  • Utilize and comply with all AS9100 REV C and ISO9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards
  • Other duties may be assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-years minimum of experience in an Administrative role
  • 2 years of experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use various computer applications such as Excel and Outlook
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliers
  • Motivated to learn, take lead and able to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to take direction (both verbal and written)
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience driving a forklift an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
